ROE Open Days: Inclusive Astronomy Talk

Great strides have been made towards a more balanced representation of ethnicity and gender in Astronomy. Nevertheless, the issue is far from solved. Join us for two short talks and a panel conversation in which we explore the state of the field -- locally and globally -- and discuss ideas for further progress in the Astronomy community.
